Privacy Notice
Last updated: 8 November 2026
Who we are
Kiluth LTD. (“Kiluth”, “we”) is a company registered in Thailand, registration number 0105 5682 0019 9, at 7 Phet Kasem 54 Alley 1, Bang Duan Subdistrict, Phasi Charoen District, Bangkok 10160. We decide how the personal data described in this notice is used, so we are its data controller under Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
What this notice covers
This notice covers personal data we collect for our own business: from people who contact us or may become our clients, from contacts at our clients, and from visitors to kiluth.com.
It does not cover personal data inside systems we build or run for our clients. There we act on our client’s instructions, and our client’s own privacy notice applies.
What we collect
- Contact details you give us, such as your name, work email, phone number, company and job title.
- What you tell us about your business and the work you want done, and our messages with you.
- Details needed to contract with and invoice your company.
- Your answers to quizzes on kiluth.com, such as the Growth Check, and the result. If you don’t give your email, we keep these without your name or contact details.
- If you accept analytics cookies on kiluth.com: how you use the site, such as the pages you visit, how far you get in our forms and quizzes, your quiz result, the device and browser you use, and roughly where you are. If you do not accept, we collect none of this. We use no advertising or tracking pixels.
Why we use it, and on what basis
- To answer your inquiry and discuss work with you — to take steps you asked for before a contract, or for our legitimate interest in running our business.
- To send you a quiz result you asked for, and to get in touch if you told us you’re looking for help — at your request, or for our legitimate interest in running our business.
- To deliver the work, invoice and get paid under our contract with your company — for that contract, and to meet our legal and tax obligations.
- To keep our business records — to meet our legal obligations.
- To send you news and ideas from Kiluth by email — only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
- To see how kiluth.com is used, so we can improve it — only with your consent, given on the cookie banner.
We do not sell your personal data.
Cookies
kiluth.com uses cookies only for Google Analytics, and only after you click “Accept” on the cookie banner. Your browser remembers your choice. You can change it at any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page.
Apart from cookies, the site keeps a few things in your browser: that you closed the language bar, a brief you’re still filling in, and the code from a Kiluth salesperson’s link, if you used one. The brief and the code reach us only when you send them.
Who we share it with
- Service providers that help us run our business, such as email and document storage, only as far as they need it, under contract.
- Google, which provides Google Analytics, only if you accept analytics cookies. We have turned off the settings that let Google use this data for its own products.
- Professional advisers and authorities, where the law requires it.
Google and some of our service providers store data outside Thailand. The laws there may not protect personal data as strongly as the PDPA does.
How long we keep it
- Inquiries and leads that do not become a project: 2 years, then deleted.
- Client contacts: 5 years after our last project with your company, for our contract and tax records, then deleted.
- Quiz results: 90 days, then deleted. If you gave us your email, a copy is kept with your inquiry for 2 years.
- Analytics data about your visits: up to 14 months in Google Analytics, then deleted.
How we protect it
We keep personal data in access-controlled systems, give access only to the people who need it, and do not put it in places where it would be widely seen.
Your rights
Under the PDPA you may ask us to:
- give you access to, or a copy of, your personal data;
- correct it;
- delete it, or stop using it for a time;
- stop using it for a purpose you object to;
- move it to another organization;
- withdraw a consent you gave, where we rely on consent. For emails, the unsubscribe link in each one does this.
Some of these rights have limits set by law, for example where we must keep records. You may also complain to the expert committee under the PDPA, through Thailand’s Office of the Personal Data Protection Committee.
